Zoar Campsite Conditions.
These rules are intended to create a campsite with patrons of a considerate nature.
 

Our Park conditions are for the benefit of all, the management reserves the right to terminate a booking without refund if the Campsite Rules are being, or are likely to be, ignored.
The proprietors accept no responsibility for loss, damage or injury during your stay.

There is a strict speed limit of 5mph
No loud noises, loud music or unreasonable behaviour.
We have an 11.00pm all quiet rule. (basically nothing that is likely to disturb the sleep of fellow campers)

Advance Booking, Arrival and Departure
Advance booking is advisable.
Pitches are available from 1.00pm
One vehicle and accommodation per pitch.
Late arrivals accepted up to 9.00pm
Departure time - 12 noon
All visitors must report to Reception on arrival
Any necessary details (vehicle registration number, home postcode etc.) taken on arrival will be treated with total confidentiality, will not be forwarded anywhere and will not be used for any promotional purposes by Zoar Campsite.
We accept group pitch booking but advance contact is essential to ensure we can accommodate your request.
We will accept single sex groups by prior arrangement but because of ‘the troublesome few’, a ‘refundable on departure deposit’ totalling twice the normal fee will be required by such groups. We understand the large majority of campers, young
or old, single sex or mixed, are considerate to other campers. Therefore the campsite has a Zero tolerance on campers ignoring the rules set-out on this page.

On Site
Pitch size is based on 7m (23ft) x 8m (26ft) and leaving a clear space of 6m (20ft) between adjacent tents / caravans / vehicles.
No open fires on the ground. Disposable barbecues can be placed on a suitable stone base. Please ask. It is expected that anyone having a barbecue type fire will take every precaution necessary to prevent the spread of fire and have fire extinguishers on-hand.
Please avoid digging, burning the grass or wheel-spinning
Children, who are accompanied to the toilet when at home, must be accompanied when visiting the campsite toilets / showers.
Parents are responsible for the behaviour and supervision of their children/teenagers at all times.

Pets
Dogs are welcome on site. They must be kept on a lead at all times and exercised off the site. Maximum of 2 dogs per pitch, unless by prior arrangement.
PETS MUST NEVER BE LEFT UNATTENDED ON THE SITE OR ALLOWED TO ROAM FREELY.
Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
